Throughout her career, Vanessa has led product strategy, operations, and innovation initiatives across R1, Optum, Change Healthcare, and Cloudmed. She has helped healthcare organizations recover millions in lost revenue, improve operational efficiency, and transform legacy revenue cycle workflows through automation, analytics, and AI-driven technologies.

Having worked directly with providers, hospitals, revenue cycle teams, and technology organizations, Vanessa recognized a common challenge: healthcare organizations were losing significant revenue to underpayments, denials, and inefficient workflows that traditional solutions failed to address.
